Smartmate portable extraction unit

A heavy-duty, high-volume mobile extraction system designed for SMART repairs, spot touch-ups, and component spraying without tying up full-sized spraybooth capacity.

Built on heavy-duty castors for complete workshop mobility, the SmartMate combines a powerful 1.1kW centrifugal fan with 3-sided filtration to capture overspray and fumes directly at the source. Ideal for volume bodyshops, SMART repair specialists, joineries, and industrial manufacturing facilities requiring compliant, localised air extraction.

Mobile & flexible: Mounted on durable castors to wheel effortlessly to wherever spraying or preparation is taking place.

Complete fume discharge: Supplied with 6 metres of 315mm flexible ducting to vent air safely outdoors.

Built-in thermal protection: Equipped with a dedicated push-button starter incorporating thermal overload protection for safe daily operation.

Custom power options: Standard 240V single-phase supply, with 110V and 415V three-phase configurations available on request.
